Konner Finney Tech Consulting Client Portal

Terms of Service

Last updated October 4, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Konner Finney Tech Consulting client portal (portal.konnerfinney.com). By signing in, you agree to them. The work I do for your business is covered by your service agreement with Konner Finney Tech Consulting. If these terms and your service agreement ever disagree, the service agreement wins.

1. Who can use the portal

  • The portal is invite-only. You can use it if I invited you, or if the owner of a client business invited you to their team.
  • Keep your sign-in secure. Do not share your account. Tell me right away if you think someone else has used it.
  • The business owner decides who is on their team and can remove people at any time.

2. What the portal is for

The portal shows you the work I am doing for your business: deliverables, deadlines, reports and documents. It is also where you send me photos and updates. Reports such as rank maps use data from third-party sources and show a snapshot in time, so what you see on Google on a given day can differ.

3. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the photos, files and business information you add.
  • You give me permission to use them to do the work in your service agreement, such as putting photos on your website or Google Business Profile.
  • Only upload things you have the right to share.

4. Fair use

Please do not:

  • Upload anything illegal, harmful or that you do not have the rights to.
  • Try to access another business's information or another person's account.
  • Try to break, overload, copy or automatically scrape the portal.

5. Availability

I work to keep the portal running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change as I improve it. Any service commitments I make to you are in your service agreement, not in these terms.

6. When access ends

Your access ends when your service ends, when the business owner removes you, or if the portal is misused. When a business's service ends, the owner keeps access for a period of time so they can download their documents.

7. Limits

The portal is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. My responsibility for the work I do for your business is set out in your service agreement.

8. Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I will update the date at the top and tell account owners by email before an important change takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
